SUBMITTING AN ENTRY 
Each entry must be submitted online. Once all entry information is prepared, entries can be submitted through the online submission portal. All entries must be submitted and paid for online. You may input your entry information and save as a draft to return at a later date to finalize or submit payment. Credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Entries that are not paid for prior to judging will not be considered.

Campaign reserves the right to publish details of entries in the program, case studies, and related materials. You will be offered the opportunity, when entering online, to submit information separately that should be kept confidential (i.e. submitted only to the jury).

All entries must be submitted with a high-quality image. All images should be color, at least 300 dpi and, preferably, professionally shot. Images should be no smaller than 3” by 3”. File size should not be less than 300 KB.

All entries for the People categories will be required to answer the following submission questions. 

Introduction
Please provide a brief biography of the nominee, including résumé highlights and educational background. Be sure to also include personal attributes and core values that best reflect the nominee’s character and contributions. (500 words max) 
Accomplishments
Professional accomplishments during the entry period (such as campaigns led, creative innovations, client successes, strategic insights, inclusion initiatives, or media impact). (500 words max) 
Leadership
Displays of leadership during the entry period (such as team development, client relationship building, championing inclusion, guiding creative vision, driving innovation, or influencing industry impact). (500 words max) 
Activities Outside of Work
Activities outside work (such as mentorship of emerging talent, participation in industry associations, thought leadership through speaking or writing, advocacy for inclusion, pro bono creative work, or community engagement beyond the workplace).(500 words max)
Projects and Client Work
Outline notable campaigns, initiatives, or projects the nominee has contributed to over the past 12 months, and summarize major client relationships, strategic collaborations, or key creative partnerships that demonstrate impact in their role. (500 words max)

Please provide three testimonials to support your work from clients or colleagues.
Summary of Achievements
Provide a brief overview of the nominee’s accomplishments over the past 12 months and explain why they should be considered for this award, highlighting impact in their role, contributions to the industry, and any distinctive qualities that set them apart. (500 words max)

Describe how your team demonstrates leadership, including guiding projects, inspiring collaboration, mentoring colleagues, or influencing outcomes within the organization or the broader industry. Highlight examples that show impact, initiative, and the ability to drive results. (500 words max)

For all agency categories, nominated agencies may be either independent or part of a regional network. Entries may be a single office or national entry at the discretion of the entrant. However, it is essential to specify the scope of jurisdiction of the agency if it has a hand in the operations of other offices in the same country.
